Users who upload more than 10 videos, pins, minis, or audios will recieve a Gold Medal!

VastVids doesn't support video files over 10GB at the moment. We hope to increase this size limit in the future.

The timelimit for a VastVids livestream is 2 hours.

Offensive language or anything else of that nature is not allowed on our VastVids commenting system. Racist slurs and/or negative harsh comments could lead to account deletion.

Users will automatically begin receiving ad revenue with no account requirements. Users get $0.03 for every ad view received from a ad in the pay per view category, users are not paid for ads in the pay per day category. Ad views are only counted when a video ad plays to the end. All ads are skippable ads. Users must have atleast $10 in ad revenue before they can cash out. Once a user has enough money to cash out, they would request a withdrawal from: Settings > My Wallet. Users can choose the amount of ad views he/she chooses to cash out on.

Users who advertise through our ad supported video player will get paid $0.03 for every ad view they recieve. Ad views are only counted when a video ad plays to the end. All ads are skippable ads. Users must have atleast $10 in ad revenue before they can cash out. Once a user has enough money to cash out, they would request a withdrawal from: Settings > Withdraw. Users must cash out the whole available balance. Your website must follow similar guide lines listed under section 'Content & Copyright' above.

Marketers who create a marketing campaign will receive 5% of the marketing budget through a PayPal email once an ad is completed. Marketers will not receive the 5% refund if the ad is refunded.

Users have the option to request a refund for a ad campaign 60 days after it has been purchased. Users should recieve their refund within 1-3 working days and no more than 7-10 working days. We can't send refunds after 60 days per PayPal. Users can request a refund from the ad analytics dashboard of the ad their refunding. Users who request dishonorable refunds will be marked high-risk and will no longer be able to conduct business with us.

If you are marked high-risk & would like to resolve your case please submit an account appeal from Settings > Appeal Account, be sure to give a good explanation on why your account should be unmarked as high risk.
